Bolted Anchor Building & Cleaning
Prerequisite: Lead Climbing or equivalent
Learn the principles and practice how to retrieve your gear and safely get back onto solid ground after climbing an outdoor single pitch route.
Skills learned:
- Securing yourself directly to the anchor
- Tying a figure 8 on a bite
- Setting up a rappel

Bolted Multi-Pitch Belay
Prerequisite: Bolted Anchor Building & Cleaning or equivalent
Learn the principles and practice how to belay off the ground and manage your belay stations on your way to the top of a multi pitch climb!
Skills learned:
- Securing yourself directly to the anchor
- Belaying from the top
- Rope management
- Belay station management

Gear Placement & Anchor Building
Prerequisite: Bolted Anchor Building & Cleaning or equivalent
Learn the principles of how active protection (cams) and passive protection (nuts) work and practice building anchors with them.
Skills learned:
- Physics of passive and active gear protection
- Gear placement
- Gear anchor building
- Different types of anchor configurations
